Standard Terms and Conditions

1) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Redeal Ltd T/A Rexel NZ Electrical Supplies is henceforth known as “the Promoter”.   Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2) Entry is only open to New Zealand Residents who are Electrical Trade Customers.  Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3) Entrants must be within the Promoter’s trading terms throughout the promotional period and must not have overdue monies owing as at the closing date in order to be eligible to claim any prize. 
4) All Prices, unless otherwise stated exclude gst, except stated Recommended Retail Prices (RRP).
5) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
  • Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
  • Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
  • Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;  or
  •  Use of a prize.
6) The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to NZ regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any respect to access, update or correct information to the promoter. All entries become the property of the promoter.
7) All prizes remain the property of the account holder.
8) Once a promotional product pack is purchased, no credit shall be issued.
9) Rexel reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions as promotional requirements change.
